The Snow Bros Express Treat Stop is a one-hour frozen treat experience designed for quick, convenient service at your event! Perfect for small gatherings, classroom celebrations, or sports team rewards, this package allows you to choose ONE treat option for all participants.

How It Works:

  • Select ONE treat type for your event:

    • Standard Treats: Slushies only

    • Premium Treats: Ice Cream Cones OR Milkshakes OR Frosted Lemonades

  • The one-hour booking includes setup, breakdown, and approximately 30 minutes of active serving time.

Pricing:

  • $105 minimum booking fee (includes up to 30 standard servings OR 21 premium servings).

  • Additional servings:

    • $3.50 per extra standard treat

    • $5 per extra premium treat

This package is ideal for quick refreshers at school events, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and sports team celebrations!

Snow Bros Booking Policies & Disclaimers

  • Booking Requirements: Must be booked at least one week in advance with a 50% deposit required to secure the date.

  • Service Area: Available within a 50-mile radius of Kennesaw, GA. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area.

  • Setup & Breakdown: The one-hour appointment includes setup and breakdown time, allowing for approximately 30 minutes of active serving time.

  • One Treat Selection Per Event:

    • Choose ONE treat type for all participants.

    • Up to 25 standard servings (slushies OR frosted lemonades) OR up to 15 premium servings (ice cream cones OR milkshakes).

    • Additional servings may be purchased at $3 per standard treat and $5 per premium treat.

  • Weather & Venue Conditions: Must be provided a flat, shaded area for setup. Outdoor events subject to weather conditions; rescheduling or cancellations may apply.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount.

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payments include Cash App, Venmo, and cash.

By booking Snow Bros services, the event host, guests, and all participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Snow Bros is not responsible for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, medical issues, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • It is the responsibility of the event host and/or individual consumers to be aware of their own or their guests’ dietary restrictions and medical conditions before consuming Snow Bros products.

  • In case of a medical emergency, guests should seek immediate medical attention. Snow Bros is not liable for any medical issues, reactions, or health complications arising from the consumption of our products.

Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

  • The event host assumes full responsibility for informing their guests of the nature of Snow Bros products and any potential risks.

  • Snow Bros is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of consuming our products, engaging with our setup, or participating in the event.

  • By participating in the Snow Bros Express Treat Stop service, guests and event hosts voluntarily accept all risks associated with food and beverage consumption.

General Business Liability & Indemnification

  • Snow Bros reserves the right to refuse service to any event or individual if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for operation.

  • Snow Bros is not responsible for any damages to personal property, clothing, or belongings resulting from food or beverage consumption.

  • The event host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Snow Bros, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the event.

By booking Snow Bros, the event host confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
